Current Job Role- To work as Shift InCharge and Quality controller for 2.05 MTPA Pb-Zn & Silver Beatification Plant SK Mines Dariba Rajsamand.(313211) 1.Job Responsibilities: The major job responsibilities of shift incharge include- 1.Smooth operation of crushing Area, grinding Area, Pump Area, Froth flotation, Dewatering Area, Filter Area, TNT & TDH Area, through DCS and Field. Smooth operation of Honeywell (EPKSR500) DCS, McNally Bharat Rod mill and Ball mill, Metso Tank cell, Metso froth and slurry pump, Thermofisher Analyser (PSM & MSA), McNally Bharat Thickener, Outotec press Filter and Metso cone crusher (GP300 & GP220). 3.Responsible for all area Equipment Maintenance by Coordinate with Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Process Team. 4.Maintain quality Parameters-Ore Treatment, Grade, Recovery, concentrate grade, reagents and water consumption. 5.Man power handling, allocation, shutdown planning, plant documentation, safety training etc. 6.Responsible for equipment maintenance Blower, compressor, Froth pump slurry pumps, seal water pump, Reagent pump, Mill lubrication system, grinding media, cyclone, Flotation, Belt Feeders, crusher parts, filter parts, MSA, PSM Rotors cooling and soft water, Trash screen etc. Major PROJECT EXPERINCE- in Hindustan Zinc Ltd.
