SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Global Head of Cable Broadband at Vantiva overseeing 650M+ revenue • P&L for Home Gateway Products BU at embedUR systems • Started a new Center in Bangalore with 110+ Engineers within the first 90 days, for DELL Software Group to work on Cloud, Database and ITSM products. • Head of DELL Enterprise Solutions Group Leadership committee to collaborate on technologies and solutions across the BU. • Head of the ‘CustomerConnect’ initiative for APAC and EMEA which doubled the sales revenue for India within a 12 month timeframe. • Launched 40G Broadcom Trident based switch within 120 days of concept. A feat never achieved before in DELL. • Released ARM based blade switch ONTIME with ZERO defects which received DELL Executive leadership appreciation. • Built Extreme Networks COE, which delivered 10G and next Gen Chassis products within 3 years from the inception of the new Center. • Demonstrated the proprietary Packethop mesh solution to VCs which resulted in Series A funding.
