Railway / Metro rail professional, with management and technical experience across design, project management, procurement, tendering, commissioning and testing, operation and maintenance, interfaces, training and mentoring. Worked extensively in international collaboration projects with Rotem, Melco, Prose, PBI and others. Open to short term and medium term assignments.Technical expertise covers domains: Rolling stock, systems, depot with design background; deep understanding of interface issues, safety, rolling stock manufacture and Operation & Maintenance. Led the Metro passenger car design appraisal, testing, commissioning and certification (5 years at Delhi Metro GC) and rolling stock design (10+ years at RDSO and RITES). Carried out design management, safety studies and project execution covering interface management and integration.Held senior executive roles in Project Management, Consulting, Procurement and Exports of rolling stock. Setup 5+ railway/ metro maintenance workshops for rolling stock, including planning, design, implementation and training personnel. Led feasibility studies and project management of 7+ ropeway systems and carried out 4+ DPR studies for railway systems. Very strong on business side and project implementation.
