PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Telefonica post-paid is the name of the group of different business applications, which are responsible to serve their B2B customers regarding the Order of new tariff and different digital products in telecom domain. There are numbers of different business application mentioned below. SPIN (Customer creation, Contract Creation ) 2. RAPID (new tariff order activation) 3. BOS (Business on line service, Managing Moves & changes Types of Services ) 4. Flux (Order fulfilment and validations). CLIENT DESCRIPTION: Telefonica Germany operates second, third and fourth generation mobile networks. Most of O2 plans are available both in a pre- and post-paid version, including the all-in-one-flat rates called o2 and o2 on for enterprise customers. Beside the core business, Telefonica Germany is one of the largest retailers for mobile phones and tablets without a SIM lock.
