An entrepreneur in spirit, I focus my time on nurturing a team and mentoring the youth that will build and sustain the growth and success stories of our organization. Together as a team, we strive toward the organization's goals of increased profitability, augmented practices, and robust customer relationships. Currently stationed as the MD & CEO of Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd, one of the largest Integrated Facility Management organizations in India; My role is to lead the firm to newer fortes alongside a passionate leadership team on the pursuit of excellence with Integrity. A journey that began in 2013 for me, from a mostly owner-driven setup focusing on the in-house needs of the Embassy Group to becoming one of the largest and most preferred Integrated Facility Management partners in the country, our story complements the organization’s vision to deliver operational excellence by leveraging technology, trust, and transparency. Today we service over 130 Million sq. ft. of space across 11 states PAN India. Through experiential learning and globally certified practices, we cater Property Management services across the entire real estate spectrum in commercial, residential, co-working, retail, energy, education, hospitality, industrial & warehousing segments. My early years of employment started in 1986 at Ingersoll Rand, one of the largest industrial manufacturing companies in the globe. Post my 14-year tenure with them, in early I established the Horizon Group to become their channel partner. This was the start of my entrepreneurial journey which kindled the spirit of harnessing opportunities and challenges. The firm continues to deliver requisites through a well-established leadership whilst I pursue the challenge of leading Embassy Services as an employee of the Embassy Group, one of the largest realtors in the country with a lineage of over 3 decades. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance Management amongst other educational certifications. As an ardent lover of golf, I synonymize lessons from the game to pursue the strategies of a business.
