As the Director Business Excellence at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, I lead the Quality, Training, and Compliance functions for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vertical. With over 23 years of experience in various domains, including Healthcare, E-Commerce, Telecom, Retail, and Utilities, I have developed a strong expertise in Quality Management, Process Excellence, Transition Management, and Customer Experience. My mission is to deliver high-quality and compliant services to our clients, while ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our processes and systems. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and have successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. I have also managed ISO, HIPAA, HiTrust, and SOC 2 certifications and audits, and handled risk management and mitigation for the entire organization. I am passionate about engaging and developing my team, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving strategic agility and change management.
