Pradeep is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and a Local Principal at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow. He has more than a decade of experience advising and representing clients ranging from global corporations to tech start ups across all aspects of dispute resolution, including pre-litigation strategic advice, mediation, Singapore Court litigation and international arbitration. Pradeep also regularly advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, investigations and compliance matters.In the Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific Guide 2025, Pradeep was recognised as a “Future Star” in Commercial and Transactions disputes, and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific Guide has recognised him as a “Key Lawyer” in Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow's Dispute Resolution (Tier 2) and Employment (Tier 1) teams. Apart from this, Pradeep is regularly engaged to conduct training sessions for global MNCs and to share his views as a legal expert at conferences. Pradeep is also a contributor to the Singapore Law Gazette, Baker McKenzie InsightPlus, the Global Compliance News Blog, and the Singapore International Arbitration Blog.Pradeep graduated from Singapore Management University’s double degree programme with dual degrees in Law (LL.B, Magna Cum Laude) and Economics (BSc (Econ), Magna Cum Laude), and was placed on the Dean’s List for both his Law and Economics courses. Pradeep spent his international student exchange semester at Yonsei University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. In university, Pradeep was actively involved with the SMU Kendo Club and served terms on the Executive Committee as President and Training Captain.
