Involve and manage change control procedure and issue related list. Ensure every issue is well researched and recorded and supervise workflow for entire open items. Upgrade regularly on technical knowledge to ensure solutions meet long-term objectives. Coordinate efforts of project estimation for review with cross organization technical as well as business teams. Lead and direct business requirements as well as design sessions for all new platforms and applications.
