About Pradeep Narayanashetty

I am a Software Development Manager at Amazon, where I have been leading the Customer Experience team for Subscribe and Save since May 2019. Subscribe and Save is a program that enables Amazon customers to sign up for auto-deliveries of products that they repeatedly purchase. My team is responsible for building customer facing products to acquire, engage and retain customers through the Subscribe and Save journey. I work with product and program stakeholders globally and lead an engineering team in Seattle. I have over 15 years of experience in software design and development, with a focus on DevOps, cloud computing, distributed systems, and building high available and scalable systems. Before joining Amazon, I worked for Microsoft, where I built platforms to manage and demand-shape compute capacity for Azure as a Senior Software Engineer, and worked on the Weather experience backend service for Bing and other applications as a Software Engineer. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and have published a paper on algorithmic recommender systems. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to create products and services that help customers love and trust.
