My expertise spans D2C sales, category management, retail operations, and channel partner management, where I've led teams to exceed sales targets by driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. At Reliance Jio, I’ve led multi-channel sales strategies and implemented programs that boosted regional revenue by 20%, while overseeing a team of 240+ field sales executives. I’ve also been responsible for launching new market areas, increasing market share, and introducing additional channels for incremental growth, including partnerships with retailers and agencies.
