Cultivating and building internal capabilities and excellence in domains such as hybrid cloud, infrastructure automation, and FinOps has been instrumental in elevating our organizational expertise and efficiency. Providing effective coaching and counseling to five counselees within the Infrastructure Engineering practice has been rewarding, as it has allowed me to foster their professional growth and development. Additionally, contributing to substantial business growth and expansion opportunities exceeding 20M CAD by supporting the sales pipeline has been a notable achievement. Empowering teams with skills and knowledge through training sessions for North American Technologies for Hybrid Cloud has been a fulfilling experience. Moreover, achieving recognition as an Accenture Certified Senior Technical Architect through the MTA Program has been a testament to my proficiency and expertise in the field.
