Project work: Banificiation and pellet plant construction, Berth/Jetty construction, Steel and power plant construction and conveyor system. Successfully completed 123KVA 10k.m. of Tower line (Foundation, Erection, Stringing and lassoing with local villagers as well as local leaders. Successfully completed 63k.m. of Water/slurry/tailing Pipe Line in private land. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: • All accidents are preventable let us for injury free prevention, if your aim is zero accident. • Review the Incident action plan for safety implication. • Compliance to all the statutory requirement and dealing with Govt. Officer. • Conduct safety meetings & conducting training program. • Daily site supervision & discuss findings of daily safety inspection. • Investigate job site accidents, injuries and near misses. • Handling fire protection systems and equipment. Maintenance of fire equipment, refilling of Fire Extinguisher, Communication & fire safety education programs. • Housekeeping in all area wise. • PPE’s requirement. Ensured the usage of Personal Protective Equipment provided. • Tool Box talks at regular intervals. • Discuss the emergency planning and assembly area. • Risk assessment & Job safety analysis. • Giving First aid in case of minor injuries. Ensure availability of First aid kits. • Implementing permit system. • Created awareness and understanding of all safety rules and regulations. • Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools and tackles are inspected and checked. Conducting internal audits to ensure all operations are executed within the set HSE Hot work & Cold Work Permits, Working at height, Crane operation, Excavation Permit, Electrical Permit, Lock- out and Tag Out, Hydro Test Permit, Radiography Permit, etc. Achievements :**Achieved zero accident award.
