Provide end-to-end support on U.S. GAAP and technical accounting matters, with a focus on ASC 820, ASC 946, ASC 842, consolidation, valuation, and investment company accounting.2. Lead financial statement preparation and review processes, including GAAP disclosures, footnote drafting, and investor reporting deliverables.3. Advise clients on complex transactions including fund launches, restructuring, and new investment structures, ensuring technical compliance and practical execution.4. Support IPO readiness and SEC filing preparation for asset managers transitioning to public reporting.5. Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, compliance, and audit teams to deliver integrated solutions.6. Guide and mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals across India and the U.S, fostering technical excellence and client service.Client Portfolio:1. Alternative investment firms including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate funds.2.
