Designing new concept and product development – Flavored milk, Milk shakes, Lassi and Buttermilk.(Long Life UHT processed) Execute our firm brief related tasks and apply knowledge in color, flavor, Stabilizer, Acidity regulatory for developing new product. Participates in the conceptualization of development and/improvement of Flavored Milk, Milk shakes, Lassi and Butter Milk related manufacturing processes/procedures.(So far optimized and developed the 12 Variants) Setting up SOP’s (Standard Operating Practices) and Pre-requisites for the process. Providing technical solution and supporting our work force at manufacturing facility. To develop and document the mandatory quality characteristics of Flavored Milk, Milk shakes, Lassi and Butter Milk produced by Hassan Cooperative Milk Producers Societies Union Limited, in compliance with company/customer/legal requirements. Responsible in preparing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Plans, specifically: identifying CCP’s (Critical Control Points) for Product Process Flow; proposing solution(s) to combat CCP’s; prepares and updates HACCP (Food Safety Management Systems) and (Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) Scheme) documents; performs Process and Plant Auditing; prepares Internal Audit Report; and prepares standardized documents such as Raw Material Specifications and Finished Product Specifications. Supervise and monitoring operations of UHT sterilizer and Aseptic bottle filling unit and providing technical solutions for smooth operations. Certification: FSSC V 5.1,ISO ISO 9001, HACCP, GHP, GMP, FoStoc.
