About Pradeepa Rajaram

I am a results-driven project management graduate student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, with over five years of prior experience as a software engineer across companies like Bosch, Fiserv, and Atos Syntel. My technical background includes hands-on expertise in Java, Python, API testing, Postman, Oracle, and agile development practices. At Bosch, I contributed to building scalable, client-focused solutions by combining strong coding skills with agile delivery. Through my experience in diverse teams and domains, I’ve developed a solid foundation in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and quality assurance.Currently, I’m expanding my capabilities in leadership, risk management, budgeting, and project control through formal education at NTU. I aim to bridge the gap between technology and business by transitioning into roles such as Business Analyst where I can translate technical insights into actionable business needs; Software Developer where I continue building high-quality, maintainable systems; or Technical Project Manager where I align team efforts with project goals and deliver value through structured execution.I value continuous learning, problem-solving, and building meaningful, collaborative relationships. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping teams succeed together.
