About Pradip Neupane

With a Master of Business Administration from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the College of Applied Business, I have a strong foundation in business management and financial analysis. I also have a software diploma from Creative Bridge Academy, which enables me to understand the technical aspects of the business and communicate effectively with technical candidates and employees. As a Human Resources Officer at Cedar Gate Technologies, I manage the recruitment, retention, and development of diverse and talented employees for various positions, using social media and other platforms to attract and engage potential applicants. I have successfully recruited and onboarded multiple technical candidates, including software engineers, data analysts, and product managers. I also support the performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives of the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth. In addition, I have experience in advising and mentoring students, having served as an Advisor in Student Council at College of Applied Business, where I helped entrust our college pride to the newer generation.
