AREA OF EXPOSURE • Daily critical to Quality Station & 5S level Process & product Audit: Ensure the activities are followed as per the WIS sheets. • Well versed with the concepts of SPC, TS 16949, PPAP, FMEA & 8D. • Attending training on 5 S in SMPPL. • Carrying out 5 S, Poka-Yoke & Kaizen activities for continuous improvement. • Maintaining documents as per TS 16949 & PPAP. • Conducting inspection & Testing. • Conducting product audit, Process Audit to reduce non-compliances & achieve customer satisfaction. • Responsible for final inspection stage (PDI). • Conducting die correction for any non conformity found in the manufacturing. • Responsible to first piece & Last piece approval in line inspection for sheet metal component. • Be a part in problem solving process including Root Cause Analysis, up with different agencies for issue Resolution of process audit. • Conduct the various profile tests of the finished jobs. • Conduct the hardness testing of various finished parts.
