About Pradip Sarkar

With over 25 years of experience, including 13 years as the Branch Operational Head at The Peerless General Finance & Investment Company Ltd in various locations in India from January 2005 to February 2018, I have gained confidence in leadership and expertise in financial matters. Following that, I joined Peerless Skill Academy as the Head of Finance in March 2018 and have continued in that role till now. Before my tenure in the finance industry, I also had experience in the manufacturing sector, where I independently managed a significant portion of exports. Currently, my responsibilities include overseeing operations at all centers and managing the implementation of CSR funds received from various Government departments and Corporate entities. This entails liaising with Government departments and Corporations for CSR purposes, such as submitting utilization certificates (UCs), executing projects, and meeting turnaround time (TAT) requirements. Throughout my career, I have recognised the vital role of Information Technology (IT) in achieving success. Therefore, I have consistently implemented IT solutions in the workplace, including working with advanced tools like Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and even leveraging the implementation of Chat GPT by OpenAI. My ability to adapt to different environments and work across versatile domains, from data entry to networking, is one of my notable achievements. Overall, I firmly believe that embracing technological advancements and being adaptable are key factors in ensuring a successful career trajectory for any individual. Finally,I believe in the principle of "Today's Decision, Today's Approach."
