About Pradnya Chavan

Previously worked as L&D and OD professional, transitioning into psychology field after completing my MA in Psychology with a specialization in Counselling psychology. Also, possesses a Post-graduation diploma certification in Training and Development through Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD, Delhi) and a Masters degree in Mathematics from Pune University. I am seeking exposure to various facets of counselling and to expand my knowledge & practical skills in the psychology field. Being passionate about human behavior, I aim to use this expertise to help people deal with their emotional & mental health issues, thereby unleashing their full potential. With my last organization I was working as Assistant Manager-OD & People Development. As part of my job profile, I had successfully contributed to 12+ OD and L&D projects and thereby achieving client organization’s goals and objectives. I have an aptitude for creativity, art and everything connected to human psychology. The natural ability of observing people and deriving deeper personality insights helped me in OD and Training. Have diverse 7+ years of experience in end to end process management of various behavioral training programs, assessment centers/development centers, content development, as well as interacting with varied age groups. Also, facilitated soft skills training programs for graduate students and shop floor employees and contributed in various OD projects viz. OD diagnostics processes, Evolving Vision, Mission and Values, Assessment Center-Development Center and Leadership Development for many organizations.
