I have over 10 years of experience ensuring software quality through Automation and Manual testing for enterprises with large-scale distributed web applications.My expertise includes Functional and Regression Testing, Security and UAT paired with a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Defect Lifecycle, and Agile practices like TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development). I excel in QA automation architecture and scripting with JavaScript, TypeScript and Java, leveraging frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium (with Cucumber and JBehave) to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.At Hootsuite, I currently serve as an Intermediate Software Developer in Test on the Quality Platform team, where I work on organization-wide initiatives, addressing complex, cross-platform quality challenges and contributing to Hootsuite's broader ecosystem.Prior to this, I helped drive innovation in digital products at Coviam Technology and Services Pvt. Ltd. until 2019 (which later launched Engati, a conversational AI platform), and began my career at Caterpillar Inc, a global leader in heavy machinery. This diverse background equips me to identify issues early and deliver reliable software solutions.To complement my technical skills, I recently earned the CORe (Credential of Readiness) certificate from Harvard Business School with Honors (Oct 2024 - Mar 2025). This 150-hour program immersed me in Financial Accounting (mastering financial statements and metrics), Economics (leveraging market dynamics), and Business Analytics (harnessing data for decisions).
