I'm committed, enthusiastic, disciplined and result driven Contract Management professional with over 3 years of Experience. My Subject Matter expertise lies in Contract Management including but not limited to Contract Review, Contract Drafting, Redlining and Negotiations. I've also worked on projects of Contract Abstraction, Contract Repository Management and migration of clean up data. Managed a project where team needed to abstract, review and highlights clauses responsible for Change in Management, consent requirements, and acquisition & merger, to help our client in successful demerger of entities, also helped the client in identifying different treatment to contract on the basis of nature of the contract and demerger requirements. Currently I'm reviewing, drafting, redlining and negotiating moderate to complex commercial Contracts for my Company.
