Professor) Career Highlight Sep 2021 - Career 3.0 initiated with Accenture Consulting as Retail SME and Sustainability Lead. 2024 enhances domain knowledge with a new beginning in SAP-Sustainability at Accenture. Career trajectory: 2021 - Till date (Accenture) SME Retail and Sustainability (Management consulting); Functional-Technical lead, SAP-SCT (Accenture Technology) 2014-2021 -"Design as a product to Design as business"- educator and nurturer for young minds. The onset of Academic tenure was equally encouraging and engaging. Teaching is dedication, a fervor and an opportunity to inspire the youth. Learning is a two-way process and I evolve with every graduating batch. Academic journey led to the pursuit of Ph.D (Sustainability). The journey has been interesting and enriching with paper publications and enhanced research skills dedicated to Sustainability. Six research paper and book chapters published in national and International Journals/books by 2024. The published papers share insights on Sustainability, Marketing, Retail Management and Reverse supply chain. This also provided an opportunity to be a speaker at Marketing and Retail Management conferences. 2004-2014 - Association with Apparel retail industry brought the best at strategic management, business planning and people management. The understanding involved meeting the challenges of developing a noticeable Womenswear collection for the much-established Menswear brand. The journey of handling business for Womenswear category ranged from working as Product Merchandiser, Buyer and later as Category Head for Womenswear. The far-reaching profile nurtured business acumen in all spheres - consumer understanding, competitive study, demand and supply management, pricing strategies and vendor management.
