About Pragya Gera

💻 Hi there! I'm Pragya Gera — a passionate Software Developer with hands-on experience building scalable data-driven and cloud-native solutions. 🚀 I started my journey in tech with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science (Master’s from the University of Cincinnati) and since then I’ve worked on everything from web development to cloud automation ETL pipelines and advanced database management. 🔧 At Amazon I engineered solutions that cut device installation time by 80% automated dependency management and optimized system reliability using Python Shell scripting and AWS. In my current role at Dataquad Inc. I’m building CI/CD pipelines designing ELT workflows and working across PostgreSQL MySQL and AWS to support enterprise-grade applications. 🌐 My toolkit includes: • Languages: Python Java SQL • Cloud & DevOps: AWS Git CI/CD • Databases: MySQL PostgreSQL • Frontend: ReactJS NodeJS HTML/CSS • Other: Unity3D Agile/Scrum ETL/ELT 📊 I love solving complex problems collaborating with diverse teams and translating ideas into impactful software. Whether it's launching a full-stack app optimizing a data pipeline or improving cloud infrastructure I’m always up for a challenge. 👋 Let’s connect! I’m always open to discussing new opportunities tech trends or just geeking out over cool side projects.
