In my current role as VP Product Owner at PNC Bank, I lead enterprise customer communication initiatives, translating business goals into actionable product strategies. I excel in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless delivery of impactful solutions. Have worked as Software Engineer in Actimize Platform team where I handled all our customer and partner cases by researching technical issues. Walking customer through solutions and reviewing product change request. Also, learned about Product updates and new technologies. As a part of team, I interacted with customers and worked towards managing the ongoing relationships. Provided the technical help related to Actimize products such as FMC (Financial Market Compliance) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) including CDD, WLF and CTR, AIS (Actimize Intelligent Server), RCM (Risk Case Management) etc.
