Dr.Pragya is a Psychologist & Trainer,author,counselor, talk show host inspired by the idea that each person is unique and special in some way and can make an impact.#She writes and talks about Life Skills,Mental Health,Self Development, Managerial Skills,Sports Psychology and Positive Change.#She conducts workshops for students,teachers,parents,sportspersons, professionals,civil servants,police officers and homemakers.#She is available for Counselling sessions by appointment. Her goal is to work towards "Greater wellbeing and happiness for all ".#She is the founder of Arunima Ankuran which is an Initiative for Positive Social Change through Self Development. Having started her career at IIM (Ahmedabad), Pragya has worked with organizations like Centre for Organization Development (Hyderabad), ICFAI Business School (Jaipur), IILM Academy for Higher Learning (Jaipur) among others. As a Trainer/Guest Faculty for Management Development Programmes, she is associated with Maharashtra Police,National Academy of Defence Production, National Academy of Direct Taxes, National Fire Service College, MOIL, MECL, N-Cops Excellence, Western Coalfields Limited, Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration & Research (DAE,GOI),Regional Training Institute (IA & AS), Internal Security Academy, CRPF, Ministry of Home Affairs( Mount Abu),DTRTI (Bhopal). She is a resource person for Faculty Development Programmes for educators as well as Life Skills sessions for students at several educational institutions. Dr.Pragya supports sportspersons as a mental toughness coach and conducts Sports Psychology Sessions. Inspired by the idea that each person is unique and special in some way and can make an impact, Dr.Pragya supports change agents, entrepreneurs, educators, sportspersons, professionals by sharing their stories on Ek Samvaad@Arunima Ankuran on YouTube. Workshops, counselling sessions and articles on mental health issues are also a part of the initiative aimed at greater well-being and happiness for all.
