With hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a solid grasp of Azure and Active Directory, I bridge the gap between user experience and backend infrastructure. My role has also involved working extensively with the ServiceNow ticketing tool and providing reliable service desk support, sharpening both my technical and communication skills. I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and bring a results-driven mindset to every task.
