As a Physical Therapist and a long distance runner, I am passionate about helping others achieve their athletic goals while promoting injury prevention and recovery. With extensive experience in both clinical settings and an athletic background, I bring a unique perspective to my work. My background includes a degree of Physical Therapy, as well as a specialised master’s in Sports Medicine. As an avid long distance runner, I have completed multiple half-marathons in the US and the UK. I understand the physical and mental demands of endurance training. I use this knowledge to develop individualized treatment plans for my patients, taking into account their specific goals and training regimens.As a lifelong learner, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and rehabilitation protocols in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy.
