I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma (MBA Equivalent) in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Currently I'm working as a HR Manager with Asian Paints. I have 4+ years of diverse experience across large-scale manufacturing and tech-led organizations. I’ve led end-to-end HR for workforce at Asian Paints’ Mysuru plant and earlier supported org-wide HR interventions at OLA across business partnering, org restructuring, and cross-functional HR initiatives. My strengths lie in performance management, capability building, and program governance — backed by a strong focus on process design, workforce planning, budgeting, and dashboard-driven decision-making. I’ve managed campus hiring, apprentice lifecycle (NATS/NAPS), employee engagement, and large-scale change programs. I bring a mix of operational depth and strategic thinking to HR.
