Recruiters are brand ambassadors of the company, and I have concentrated on bringing the right talent into the company. I'm a firm believer in the quote which says,'Nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies.' Currently, I lead Human Capital for Matrix Partners India, a top-tier VC fund. I’m focused on redefining and scaling talent management activities and employer branding initiatives. I’m part of the venture development team at MPI, and my role is to engage with our portfolio founders to help them with viable solutions regarding human resources and talent management. Our focus has been on engaging with 'purple squirrel' talents and helping them identify key positions within Matrix Portfolio companies. Earlier, I was part of PharmEasy and Swiggy, building critical functions. My job also includes extensive networking with talent, organizing meetup events, driving recruitment strategies for our portfolio companies, and enhancing employer branding, connecting budding entrepreneurs with our leadership team.
