Mr. Prakash Luitel is an experienced media and communications professional with extensive knowledge in media production and strategic communications. With a career spanning over 17 years in journalism, communications, and media program design, he possesses exceptional proficiency in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) and media outreach. Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Luitel has established a solid reputation for his achievements in audio-visual production, story writing, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material development, and training content development and facilitation. He has also successfully managed the production of numerous radio shows, TV series, video documentaries, and Public Service Announcements (PSAs). He has devised behavior change frameworks for various media and communications programs and developed content in a variety of formats, including a comic book, flip chart, and games aimed at improving WASH behavior in children. Mr. Luitel is known for his strategic approach to mobilizing social media channels to influence public attitudes and behaviors. He is a co-author of an experiential learning training manual on collaborative leadership and governance and a research article on Menstrual Hygiene Management in the workplace.
