About Prakhar Aditya

As someone who has worked in the steel industry for a while, I've learned how important it is to make sure operations run smoothly and efficiently. My experience commissioning a 6 MTPA Pellet Plant at Tata Steel taught me a lot about handling tough technical challenges and combining technical skills with strategic management. I hold immense respect for my mentors, peers, and the broader industry community, who have significantly shaped my professional journey. The unwavering work ethic and guidance instilled in me by my father have instilled in me the invaluable principle of seeking assistance during challenging times. I firmly believe in collaborative efforts and strive to achieve shared objectives. Presently, I am actively pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Operations and Supply Chain Management at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. This academic endeavor fuels my passion for improvement, drives my aspiration to enhance my leadership capabilities, broaden my technical expertise, and acquire proficiency in data science. My goal is to contribute to more sustainable and efficient industrial practices by leveraging my accumulated experience and education to make impactful decisions in managerial roles.
