I started my career in sales, not because I wanted to but because I had no other way in. What followed was a journey of figuring things out, finding my strengths, and building systems from scratch. Currently working as a RevOps at Cutshort, I’ve led our transition from a purely inbound model to a multi-channel GTM engine. I built core sales processes and CRM systems from scratch, gradually taking ownership of revenue analysis, sales enablement, cross-functional operations, and GTM strategy. A big part of my work involves strategically integrating AI tools into operations to automate workflows, improve speed, and reduce manual effort. Adapting to new tools and using them creatively to solve challenges and taking informed data-driven decisions is something I enjoy and actively pursue. What excites me most is making sense of messy systems, simplifying complexity, and turning raw data into meaningful strategy. I enjoy working behind the scenes, aligning people, tools, and processes to help businesses scale without the chaos. Outside of work, I care deeply about wildlife and environmental conservation. I’m vegan, and I’m slowly building my understanding and making everyday efforts toward a more sustainable lifestyle with hopes of blending this passion into my long-term professional path someday.
