A focused and self-motivated Innovation (NPD) and Culinary Chef with over 10 years of experience in Food industry. Technical knowledge of Product development in compliance with regulatory guidelines, product scale-up. Product renovation, catering to clients needs & working along with food technologists and other cross functional teams. Driven by curiosity and hunger for knowledge I'm working as an R&D Chef and have gained experience in Meat industry, RTE & RTC foods, Spreads, Gravies and Sauces. Part of Development team for launching India's first meat based spreads at Licious. Previously working in hotels I also carry an experience in Hospitality, having in depth knowledge as Culinary Chef, Food Manager, Kitchen Manager. Worked in some of the finest establishments, gained hands on experience in Concept design & planning, Menu design, Facility design, Vendor Management, Staff recruitment and training. Extended pre-opening experience and management for kitchens, banquet, restaurants. Comprehensive knowledge of Food operations, Food safety, Hygiene, HACCP and role of FSSAI in FBOs. Competent, innovative with critical thinking and excellent work ethics are some of the attributes which describes me the best.
