I am currently working with Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd. as Regional Manager, where I am accountable for overseeing a variety of roles and responsibilities, including new motor and health direct and retention business, policy implementation, recruitments, general coordination, and business/operational activities for the branches under the Mahindra Group Companies (M&M automotive, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services LTD, Mahindra Insurance Brokers LTD), as well as non-M&M dealership tie-ups. I also successfully Drive sales performance and financial results, including coaching the sales champions within the matrix structure to support the growth agenda. Over the years, I acquired remarkable proficiency in carrying out complex and deep-diving investigations of assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the team members, managing them efficiently, and developing/implementing new initiatives, strategies, and programs to achieve desired objectives.
