With 19 years of extensive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Livelihood projects across both the Bharti Airtel Foundation and the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), I have developed a deep expertise in leading and executing transformative social initiatives. My academic credentials, including a Master’s in CSR and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), provide a robust foundation for understanding complex social issues and designing strategic solutions that create sustainable impact.Throughout my career, I have spearheaded numerous projects focused on community development, livelihood enhancement, education, and sustainability, consistently delivering measurable outcomes that align with organizational and community goals. My role has encompassed end-to-end project management, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment, ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term social progress.My passion lies in driving positive change through innovative CSR strategies, and my experience in managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and leading diverse teams has equipped me to navigate the complexities of the social sector effectively.
