Technical Work • Around 17 years of total I.T experience in all phases of development, and implementation in the Oracle & Postgres Database Administration. Have expert experience in planning, installing and maintaining Oracle Database technologies including Oracle Architecture and Administration, Backup & Recovery, Data Guard, RAC, OGG 11,12c, Data Migrations including cross platform, DB upgrades, Database Security Planning. Knowledge on AWS cloud technology like EC2,S3. Maintains and responsible for offshore – onsite knowledge transition plans and knowledge management. • Make sure that the services should be available for maximum time, there should be no severity, or unplanned outages • The team should be adhered to defined procedures and database policies, cascading any changes on time to team • Joining the Major incident calls and giving proper technical guidance and drive. • Guiding training and motivating team to give their best.
