I strongly believe business intelligence is the key to success for any business across the globe. As a Performance Reporting Analyst, demonstrated experience in data transformation, analysing data for the betterment of the business by creating impactful dashboards on Power BI to create insights, identify trends of key customer care metrics, which explains compelling stories in order to resonate audiences that drive to make certain critical business decisions and identify key opportunities. As a Reporting analyst, responsible to handle daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly customer care real time and historical data reports to improve decision making. As a part of the Data Analytics & Reporting Solutions team, demonstrated experience to connect multiple data sources to extract customer care data, transformation, which involves building relationships to integrate multiple source files, structure dataset based on requirements to create dynamic & impactful Reports and Dashboards to drive business values and growth. Prior to this, I’ve Worked on a capstone project for La Trobe business school in collaboration with Deloitte as business analyst consultant intern. I have mentioned my level of interest and the skills I currently hold in my resume. I’ve one year of work experience as a catalog analyst/ executive at Prime Focus Technologies, Bangalore. Besides, I am keen to learn, quickly adaptable to required changes and leverage on opportunity growth.
