Project Management Carrying out planning for resources, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of projects within time, quality, cost & budgetary parameters. Interfacing for decision-making process, profitability analysis and finalization of agreements for Material & Contract Management. Introducing professional project management practices and streamlining the critical planning processes throughout the project life cycle. Operation & Maintenance To ensure upkeep and availability of all electrical, instrument and PLC related equipment in processes and utilities. Lead capability initiative in electrical & Instrumentation section by identifying gaps and upgrading people by providing training. Ensure safety & environment guidelines stated as part of overall HSE programme are implemented within the department. Quality Control / Assurance Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents. Identifying areas of quality failures and take steps to rectify the system. Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of analysis techniques for eliminating wastages while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity. Design & Engineering Conducting software modification and testing of existing PLC programs and implementation for SCADA systems. Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements. Finalizing specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, instrument index, logic diagrams, pre-commissioning & operational test procedures.
