With over two decades of professional experience, including 14+ years dedicated to managing Customer Delight, I currently serve as the Product, Process & Customer Experience Lead at UGRO Capital. My expertise spans product management, process improvement, team leadership, learning and development, a little exposure in Digital Transformation, and customer relationship management. I am passionate about designing exceptional customer journeys that provide a unique experience, driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This involves streamlining operations, refining sales strategies, reengineering existing processes, implementing new processes, and training frontline teams. A key focus of mine is empowering my team, fostering independence, and encouraging continuous skill development to ensure sustained success in our efforts towards a common goal. I work closely with internal stake holders like the Sales, Marketing, Credit, Operations and the IT Teams to deliver various product and business requirements.
