As Director of AT & T Customer Connect, Service & Support, organizaiont, I drive delivery of one of the largest Salesforce transformation in AT & T, thanks to my exceptional team. From product roadmap development and delivery to leading AT & T’s revolutionary digital transformation, I consistently work with internal and external leaders alike to build lean organizations, outstanding teams, and world-class digital products and programs.
