Freelance Consultancy (from September 2004) During this period worked with neighbouring country like Nepal and various state governments including Rajasthan, Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand, Andman and Nicobar in association with organiztions like Care Nepal, Digantar, Azim Premji Foundation, Care India, UNICEF, Aga Khan Foundation, Room to Read etc. in the area of Elementary Education. Some of the major works done as consultant are as follows: Curriculum and Syllabus Design, Teacher training Module development, Material (Text Material for children and teachers) development, Research and Documentation, Facilitation in Trainings and Workshops,Translation (in English and Hindi both) Poetry, Articles and Stories published in various magazines, newspapers and blogs like Chakmak, Shiksha Vimarsh, PRATILIPI, Aha! Zindagi, Many educational translations published in Shiksha Vimarsh and other magzines. Three Story books for children in Hindi titled :'KUTTI'(The Quarrel),'HATHI AUR CHINTI'(The Ant and The Elephant),'MOJE'(The Socks). have been Published by Room to Read. The book 'HATHI AUR CHINTI'(The Ant and The Elephant) selected in top 10 list at the end of the year 2013, prepared by Room to Read out of 10 countries where their publication program runs. They say about the book " The Ant and the Elephant uses only a few words for easier reading, it still manages to have a surprise at the end of the story." The title 'KUTTI'(The Quarrel) has been translated and published in two more Languages Tamil and Marathi
