Pramodkumar is a professional Test SME focusing on delivering business value & driving Quality assurance for global programs at leading blue-chip organizations across domains and technologies (web, desktop, web services, mobile, legacy). He always strives towards defining solution seeing the larger picture, able to encourage and lead team members in a positive and inclusive way. Pramodkumar has over fifteen years of professional experience of which the last five years have been in a Test Architect position. Being automation SME, he has delivered many Quality Assurance engagements. Having hands-on experience with recent market leading scriptless and traditional scripting automation toolsets. He has extensive experience in designing & developing automation from scratch, framework setup, PoC, Test estimation, deriving ROI and enabling team. Pramodkumar has excellent exposure in SDLC, Agile scrum, Scaled Agile environment and DevOps, BDD approach with advance test management and collaboration tools. He is having strong project management skills, complex business requirements & formulating robust test strategies. Has ability to interface between Development, Project, QA & Test Teams to ensure execution of test strategy, and extensive software engineering. Strong exposure to engagements involving Multivendor environments. Recently Pramodkumar as Automation architect was responsible for enabling SAP product teams on shift left test automation using scriptless tooling. He has closely worked with vendor team in setting up and configuring tool, created scalable robust project structure. Setup operating model, way of working, tool best practices, conducted trainings and created tool user guide as bible for delivering automation as integral part of their product lifecycle. As Test Manager he has delivered KPI driven QA services, End to end Automation deliverables for large engagements. Being part of Automation CoE team, Pramodkumar managed capability building, delivery support, Pre-sales activities like proactive proposals, RFI/RFP solutioning also been key contributor in Industry standard Automation tool assessments and recommendations. Pramodkumar has excellent communication and social skills, making it easy for him to interact with people at different levels within organization. Pramodkumar is a curious person, and very interested in new technologies and trends. He is great at motivating the adoption of new methodologies and technologies and has an almost unique ability to quickly benefit from using modern ways of working. He always believes in learning by doing.
