New product start up & scalup. Devlop the quality paramerts for it compliance to standard. 4)Conduct, EMP like Swap, Air monitoring, Floor, Equipment & workers at inhouse lab 5)Customer complaint handling, conduct RCA, & CAPA. 6)Internal & external communication with 3rdparty. 7)Responsible for lab testing, reports, product development, process modification, vender development & internal & external calibration. 8) Development of packing material (KLD) & well known about the Regulatory (FSSAI) label requirements.
