With 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, I have progressed from a Developer to an Administrator, gaining in-depth expertise in both application development and platform management. Throughout my career, I have worked on end-to-end implementations, complex integrations, and process optimizations, ensuring seamless service delivery and system efficiency at an enterprise level. As a ServiceNow Developer, I worked extensively on designing workflows, scripting in JavaScript and AngularJS, building self-service portals, and integrating external systems using REST APIs. My focus was on ITSM and ITOM modules, driving automation, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing service delivery. As I transitioned into ServiceNow Administration, my role expanded to managing system configurations, security policies, CMDB, ITOM implementations, and governance. I have been responsible for platform maintenance, access control, and aligning ServiceNow solutions with business needs to improve operational efficiency and compliance. With expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and integrations, I have worked on large-scale implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform functionality and streamline processes.
