I also excel at conducting comprehensive workforce planning, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to optimize talent development and succession planning initiatives. Additionally, I ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations by conducting audits, implementing policies, and providing guidance on HR compliance matters. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, where I acquired skills in data analysis tools and techniques.
