Passionate about design and dedicated to making an impact in the healthcare sector, I am a seasoned service design professional with a background in startups, MNCs, and NGOs. In my previous role as Service Design Manager, I managed design projects and delivered service models making sure that the the project bearings stayed true to organizational goals successfully instilling a design process within a cross-functional team. During my role as an "Experience Design Researcher," I focused on designing products for diverse global audiences. My journey includes a stint as an intern at Kruzr, where I delved into behavioural research, mapping driving behaviours and developing behaviour detection models. A proud contributor to the healthcare space, I executed an operational model at a Cancer Diagnosis Centre, prioritizing patient experience and driving business growth. My expertise lies in user experience and service design, with skills encompassing Product Design, User Research, CAD, and Product Visualization. Armed with a Master of Design in Universal Design from the National Institute of Design, I am recognized for spearheading user-centric solutions. My forte is in translating intricate insights into actionable designs, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking to enhance user experiences in dynamic environments. Driven by a genuine passion for making a difference, I am excited about the intersection of design and healthcare, where innovation meets the diverse needs of people.
