I am a dedicated Project Manager with over 9 years of experience in managing diverse pharmaceutical and neuroscience research projects. Holding a PhD in Molecular Biomedicine, I am a PMP® Certified professional and have certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I). Currently, I serve as a Commissioning Editor at Springer Nature (SN) in Heidelberg, Germany, where I develop and implement commissioning strategies and oversee the development of over 20 Springer journals across a wide range of disciplines. I am also participating in several change management initiatives within Springer Nature and have been selected as a SN Brand Ambassador (2025). My diverse career includes roles as a Neuroscientist and Pharmacist, leading projects on molecular mechanisms in neuroscience, coordinating international research collaborations, and supervising cross-functional teams. I have also held significant roles such as DAAD Young Ambassador (2021-22) and FENS Social Media Ambassador (2022), promoting scientific dialogue, outreach, and press activities.
