Monitoring of all the painting/powder coating inspection activities. Prepare all necessary QA/QC painting/powder coating document. Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and prepare "inspection & test plan "(ITP) for specific project /company requirements. Responsible for stage wise painting/powder coating inspection. Check climate condition before blasting and after blasting,checking profile of abrasive blasted surface using press o film and visual inspection of abrasive blasted surface. To check and monitor all painting/powder coating related works and ensure all products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes. Check final visual inspection defects such as run, sags, fish eye, pin holes, blisters, orange peels, etc. To check and monitoring all painting/powder coating works ensure all final product meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement.
