Pranav is Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions at Reliance Industries, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in India. He has over a decade of experience in corporate, technology, and finance law, working with leading law firms and Fortune 50 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from NALSAR University of Law and is a recognized advocate by the Bar Council of India. Pranav advises Reliance Industries and Jio across APAC on various strategic transactions, investments, joint ventures and divestments, involving sectors such as retail, aviation, energy, mobility, SaaS, gaming and IT. Previously he has worked with the leading US retailer and Fortune 50 company Target Corporation. He supported Target's startup incubation and acceleration program, providing legal guidance and mentorship to innovative ventures in retail, artificial intelligence, machine learning, fintech, fashion, and analytics. He managed Target Accelerator's investment portfolio that included equity in multiple companies across APAC. Pranav is passionate about leveraging his legal expertise to enable business growth, innovation, and impact.
