Having more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in taxation wing of Big4 with focus on international taxation. Here is the snapshot of my working experience: • Experience of international secondment to PwC New York, USA as part of International Taxation Service practice and advising MNCs on various cross border payments from local tax deductibility (keeping in mind thin capitalisation, etc), compliance with transfer pricing provisions, tax withholding as well as tax reporting obligations, etc. • Currently working as Director in Tax and Regulatory Service (with focus on International Tax practice) and on the path to Leadership role with leading relationships on various Priority Clients of the Firm. • Leading a team of more than 12-15 professionals on multiple projects / clients and developing a strong team with coaching and guidance. • Advising MNCs having global presence on various cross border transactions and assisting in tax positions to be taken including tax withholding, availing foreign tax credits, tax reporting compliance, etc in multiple jurisdictions. • Assistance in implementing global investments, restructuring and exit strategy for large MNCs as well as Private Equity / Venture Capital investors. • Enthusiast and following global tax developments and sharing views on key global tax developments in line with BEPS Actions plans – Pillar 1 and 2, impact of MLI on tax treaties, etc.
